US Shipping Only:
MNS Collectibles currently ships to US customers only. International shipping is not offered.
All orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates and Methods
A flat-rate of $9.99 for shipping will be charged to every order.
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention:
To protect both our customers and our business, we have implemented advanced fraud prevention measures to verify all transactions.
Any suspicious activity, including unauthorized transactions or chargeback requests, will be thoroughly investigated. We maintain detailed records of all orders, including shipping and communication logs, and will provide this information to relevant authorities as needed.
If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to:

Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for lost or misdirected packages due to errors in the shipping address provided.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package is received. MNS Collectibles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
